September Wines Spirits - Broad Channel

This cute wine shop was so incredibly accommodating to my complicated situation! I hired a Taskrabbit to deliver a bottle of champagne to a birthday dinner because I was not in the city. Ronnie at September Wine and Spirits made sure everything was perfect: the champagne was chilled, a birthday note was attached, the bottle was gift wrapped, and it awaited pickup by the Taskrabbit. Ronnie was extra gracious when I had to call back because I initially scheduled this pickup on the wrong day. I can’t thank Ronnie and the shop enough for their kindness and accommodations!

Good selection but poor service. Unhelpful and patronising/rude. One to avoid.

Truly an indispensable neighborhood gem. Been going here for years, and if I need help, I always get the best suggestions. And if I feel like picking out something by myself, this is the one place I know I can go and literally never get a bad bottle. Couldn't recommend more!

Stopped in this evening on recommendation for my son who lives in the area. Such a nice experience. They were doing a tasting, which was great. I bought one of those bottles. Then I met Rob, who guided me with incredible knowledge and skill, pointing out several outstanding wines that I would have never known about. I don't know how he keeps so much knowledge in his brain, but he's incredibly helpful and fun to work with! Highly recommend this special place for finding the right wine! And the prices are good also!

Owner need to teach their staff about customer service. Would not recommend giving them your business until they learn social awareness.
