Feedback gevenTook their coffee vendor for a ride. Didn't pay out what they were supposed to, and attempted to extort for payment of “storage fees” for the equipment being left on site while COVID caused a shut-down of all restaurants across NYC (and the State, and the World).
It’s okay. I do like the BONmi bowls but the quality is very inconsistent. I’ve been 3 times because it’s close to my work, every time the same dish was slightly different. It’s also super expensive for what you’re getting. The refrigerator for grab go is always warm. I want to like them because the workers are friendly, but it’s too inconsistent for me.
Today I ordered a Pulled Pork Sandwich via Seamless. Menu said with a picture that it came with pickles cabbage pickled onions crispy onions. As you can see from my picture there was nothing on the sandwich just a pile of bland pulled pork very disappointing. The Mac and Cheese was good. Not worth the money
Today, I stopped by this restaurant to pick up and order for it to be delivered. I’ve never seen someone make a simple process so difficult. Prior to walking in, I marked the order as picked up by accident and when I walked in this was the very first thing I shared with the lady. I said it was an accident and it is being fixed right now. She then went to call to support to verify. After waiting there for about 10 minutes I ask, should I come back in 5 minutes will it be ready maybe. She said y … – show
I have never eaten or called this place before, today they called me while i was at work and told me to come and pick up my order. Like I've said before I never called this place. I told the person on the phone that they dialed the wrong number and he started yelling telling me to come get my food that's been ready for the past 30 minutes. I told him I didn't order anything and he started yelling and said not to call back and order anything else. I NEVER CALLED THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE!!
