Starbucks - Broad Channel

I go to the drive up often for coffee on my lunch break, very convenient. However, a couple times I’ve ordered a standard Venti Coffee (hot) with a lot of cream, and the coffee was lukewarm… I’m at the drive-through for a reason, I have limited time, going back inside at that point is not an option.

Very sweet staff, my order is always correct fresh. Employees are very welcoming. I will continue to visit as long as you keep up the amazing customer service. Thank you!

I love this place it’s amazing, they have such good drinks and the workers are so talented, on my way to dance class me and my mom stopped by Starbucks Drive Thru and the guy was so funny he was doing Disney characters and it’s so cool. I highly recommend. The prices are good though for my mom expensive, Tall/Small: &4-$5 Grande/Medium: $6-$8 Venti/Large: $8-$10 But other wise luv luv luv with all my heart

I’ll be very honest I had a few hiccups here with them taking a little bit too long to place an order but today I had such a great experience. I didn’t take the guy’s name but he’s such a sweetheart and you need more workers like him he literally calmed me down. Thank you so much for having really awesome service nowadays. 11/30/23 10:15am
