Tao Downtown - Broad Channel

The food was good but the decor was amazing. We started off with Chicken Satay, Chicken Gyoza, Avocado Tempura and Vegan Dim Sum Platter. The portions are on the smaller side. The avocado tempura was the best. For mains we had the 8 Green Fried Rice, Chow Fun, Black Pepper Chilli Chicken and Spicy Eggplant. All of it was good. The staff seemed like they were always in a hurry and were very busy. This place accepts reservations and seats when the full party has arrived.

I love this place. Awesome atmosphere. Been to the one in Vegas too. Doesn’t disappoint

Such great vibes and atmosphere! We had the pork potstickers, chicken lollipops, lobster shrimp spring rolls, lobster fried rice and the wagyu ribeye — all was great! The lobster fried rice was the highlight of the night for sure.

To begin the food was very good. Nothing crazy, nothing out of this world, just good. The vegetable dumplings were the best thing I had. The service was EXTREMELY PROMPT. Fastest service I have ever had. The reason why I give this place 4 stars is because of the WATER. Yes, the Water. The water was 8.50 per person because we got still water.
