The Cast Iron Pot 3 - Broad Channel

This was my second visit and every bit as good as the first.Although I hate digital menus that you have to scan a code to get, this restaurant goes the extra step of having a chart showing allergens. What has gluten/dairy/sesame/soy and some others. Makes it a lot easier to decide what is safe to eat.Everything eaten here has tasted great. The spicy foods have a good kick to them but you don't have to suffer to eat them. Without asking the servers have made sure the dipping sauce was kept full, the water bottles were kept full, and they didn't wait long to ask if you wanted something more to cook up. Both times the groups I was with spent about 90 minutes with plenty of conversation and we never felt rushed. Would highly recommend this place.

Been to this place several times before, but this will definitely be the last. It was just a normal Tuesday, not super busy, I don't know what happened to the waiter who served me, I don't mind you wearing a mask the whole time, but you were impatient the whole time and the service was very poor. We are not good at English and he still shook his head, are you laughing at us? My whole meal was really, really unpleasant, even angry. Never want to come back！！！???

This is the first non-home meal I had since I been back. One, this is an all you can eat shop but it's limited to three dishes at a time and each dish is cooked by the staff one at a time. Next dish is cooked only when you finish the first dish. I dont see that stated anywhere. So if you have a group of 6 people you can image how difficult it is to get enough food. That's not all you can eat.The meat is good but wasn't as good as the aged beef restaurant that was originally there. There are MSG in the food, the beef seem to be treated with softener and I got Diarrhea afterward.I miss oversea! People who never been out of the country don't know what real food is.

Server was so nice to us, food was delicious. Definitely worth going and coming back again after so long! 100% worth it, one of my ayce go toVegetarian options: They have vegan options!

I've been going to this place with the friends since 2020 since it was the only all you can eat place open during the early-middle stages of the pandemic, and they always had impeccable food and service for their price. At one point, we would go 2-3 times a week, to the point where some servers would recognize us. When I went yesterday, however, the service was not quite up to par. I don't know if there were new servers or whatever, but our server, I think his name was Paul, would often forget our food or order, and forget to put the meat on the grill. There was another waiter, I believe his name was Sam, that remedied most of our experience by checking by often and helping us grill our meat when we were sitting with nothing on the grill. Definitely not saying this is a common thing as this was the first time in the hundreds of times I've come here, and I definitely will still be coming back, but I couldn't help but be a little disappointed in the experience I had yesterday.
