Honestly pretty uncomfy with the experience i had. I came for a halloween pumpkin carving event which i found from a flyer advertised by Ig. I shared it on a google doc of events on lex which may have helped get them business. I walked in asking about the pumpkins and the first thing the bar tender said was first you buy a drink, then you get a pumpkin . Obviously i want to support the establishment, but it was not listed on the flyer that you got a pumpkin with the purchase of a drink and i highly recommend making that clear. Then we had to wait forever to order our drinks when it wasn 't busy. After that my friend holds our drinks and i grab my friends pumpkin and mine and one for my partner who was supposed to come join us. The bar tender yells at me for taking too many pumpkins from the counter. Then I go outside to find a spot to sit at and they 're all dirty so i go to clean up myself and throw out a glove and again the bartender who at this point felt like they were checking up on me, came and told me i couldn 't throw my garbage in there without explaining it was that it was recycling. I was looking for a new queer bar to go to but i 'm very disappointed with my experience and wouldn 't recommend it to a friend.

This place is amazing for anything from a drink after work to a wedding (true story). The bartenders are the best and the vibes are always fun and inclusive. Truly a neighborhood staple.
