Caseys Takeaway - Broadland

I have been buying fish and chips from them for years. I was never disappointed by what they produce, from their small part for £2.50 to enough to feed five of us. it can wait while fresh fish or more chips are cooked. but it is always worth it.

A job with just eating. order came 5 minutes late, which is good, but the delivery driver gave us the wrong food. they said they would get in touch with the shipper and call me back. during this time the supplier came back because he had forgotten our coke bottle. told him eating was wrong, and he went back to his car and brought us the right food. After all, we set ourselves to eat as we were so hungry. the chips were nice, but the cable was so dry as if it sat in the heated cabinet all afternoon and evening. my partner had a chicken breastburger who had an old salad in it, and Cheesy chips that tasted like the cheese was off! will never take away again!

Decided to place an order about just eat and noticed that the takeaway was closed, but ordering for delivery by 6 o'clock, so I placed my order for the whole family and paid over my debit card. with my money taken and order placed, we sat back and waited for the food to come. around 17.50 clock, however, I receive an email from just eat, which says that the farewell my order has canceled because they are either too busy or have not enough drivers to fulfill my order. absolutely, totally unacceptable service that meant that I had no choice but to place another order from somewhere else that lasted another 45-60 minutes. to which time we all starve!

Eating here is not bad, the chips are nice what I don't kean on is that apart from the chips they have to order, what they want and then cook them. I also think they are a little more expensive than other chipshops. have a larger menu than most chippys that the children like. the place is beautiful and clean and the parking is easy.

Called for fish and chips at 6ish. The shop was not particularly busy. Were told 20 minute wait for medium cod, small haddock, small plaice and medium portion chips total cost £10.40 while we waited which seemed like longer than 20mins. About 4 or 5...new customers came in ordered and left with their food. This was quite aggregavating I don't know why we had to wait and the others didnt we were given no explanation. When we eventually got it the chips were bitty and the fish OK. I wouldn't bother to go again. The waiting area looks like it could benefit from a good clean. The lady who served up was pleasant and doing her best and apologised for the wait.
