Subway - BROADMEADOW

I recently visited the Old Subway for the first time, and it was a disappointing experience. The service was terrible; the staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. She tossed my food onto the counter and told me to just take it. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to care either, as they were busy chatting with each other and not paying attention to customers. The girl who served me had black hair and wasn't wearing a hat or a name tag, which added to the overall lack of professionalism. I won't be returning.

I was on this site several times (it is so close to my workstation, convenient) and it must be the worst subway shop I've ever had (and I'm a Ferrvent customer of the chain in general.) I never have an evaluation because I always wanted to give them the advantage of the doubt and told me that they're a bad day, it happened, it's not a big thing. but I now realise that it is a consistent one. I know that it's a fair bit turn around, but they all lack basic training that sandwiches fall apart every time, the customer service is bad and worst, that is hygienic. all these things can be easily fixed and I hope that they are enough to improve their game. I will take care of a formal review with subway australia.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding; the staff is always attentive, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The food presentation is impressive as well.
