Burger King - Broadway

I had no issues and received great service at this restaurant! I made a quick stop here, around 7 o'clock, and found the lobby to be open. I ordered a few croissanwiches which were delicious and amazing. My partner ordered a hepper burger. We had to wait 5 minutes for the burger, but they informed us in advance. My partner was thrilled to receive the burger earlier than expected. The cashier was very friendly. I asked for a medium-sized soda and he gave me a large one for free. When we received our takeout bag, they had also included some hash browns for free! I am surprised by the negative reviews I have seen for this place because our experience here was great. Thank you!

I've given this Burger King 2 chances. Both times (one was a Saturday, the other was a Monday, both early afternoon) I pulled up to the drive through and was told that they were not taking any orders due to not having enough staff. If you don't have enough staff, change your hours of operation and post them everywhere. I won't be giving this location another chance.

I am so impressed with the service we just received. We had three orders at 11:30pm just before closing, the ladies separated our orders into bags so that we could locate our food easily. Their attitude and service was excellent.

Sorry , they're never open on the inside. All was claiming that they don't have enough to open the inside. They just keep the drive thru open. This is suppose to be a truck stop but trucker can't ever eat her because they're always closed on the inside. This is a waste. They just lost a customer, . I won't be back

The original chicken sandwich was almost perfect the last 3 times I ordered. they were delicious, juicy and the temperature was exactly right. I say almost perfect because I had to add mayo, which is understandable when considering that it was too much. to this burger king. it gets better every time. I think it might be under new management and/or has now some new employees who are proud of their work. in any case, they keep the good work. I appreciate you.
