Feedback gevenAs for my chicken breasts, they were just okay at best. The "extra crispy" option turned out to be extra greasy and lacking any flavor. We also ordered two large sides of coleslaw to take home, thinking there was no way they could mess that up since they came in a separate bag. To my surprise, when I went to put them in the fridge, I found that they were only half full as well. I’ve attached a photo of that. Is this really what I paid nearly $5.00 for? I will never return to the Brockport location. On a positive note, we often visit the Albion location, where we've never had a bad experience. I should have just driven the extra ten minutes to go there instead.
I just visited the drive-thru to order three chicken tenders. When I got home and opened the box, I found only one regular-sized tender and two tiny pieces, smaller than my thumb. I'm very disappointed that management would serve this to customers. As a new customer, I expect quality food and proper portion sizes when I spend my money at your establishment. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I will reach out to the corporate office next.
The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I would have given it 5 stars, but they occasionally forget items in my order.
I ordered 2 famous bowls just now and a couple biscuits. I asked for butter and there was no butter in the bag and no silverware at all. Also we asked if we can put a drink of Coke to our order when we paid and they told us that we have to ride around again and wait in line. Never again...
Not a one time but several they gave fries made out of rotten potatoes and Chiken tenders literally smell like stinking rat, which is intentionally done targeting students. also lots of overcharging for them to avoid paying taxes in the name of charity.
