Even on a Tuesday at opening time the south shore is busy, quiet but busy, but not here. South shore, has fast food and casual restaurants attached, not crossing a parking lot, south shore has entertainment like GameStop, FYE, Target, Build a bear, LEGO store, and Apple store, not here, a ton of clothing and shoe stores, Westgate has 1/2 that. Go past Kay jewelers and that portion of Westgate is dead oh Sears owns their building we can 't add anything. So BUY IT, do something with that space before it 's too late, that building going to stay empty forever? No Sears, no Joan 's, no play area, no Dunkin, no convince store for lottery. Anchors give business to small spaces, that sports card shop by the now closed Joan 's ain 't going to last long without a movie theater, Walmart or something. Tasty Bites would work in south shore plaza, a small business with pizza, fried dough, and other comfort food. But it failed here, no pizza shop inside a mall, you have to go outside cross the street to go to market basket for pizza. No pizza, no Dunkin donuts, no play area inside a mall, do you actually think Westgate will last another 5 or 6 years. South shore plaza has all of that.
Love this place, like do my shopping there, parking lot big enough to park.

The Brockton Mall has some great Stores to shop at and there's also a little Food Court and for the areas that are now vacant how about opening a Pottery and Art class, and bring back for the kids Chuckie Cheese arcade and have a Dairy Queen ice cream shop that can stay open all year long like the one in Hanover ,Mass.
