Feedback gevenMy experience at this restaurant was terrible. They need to either hire better staff or provide better training for their current employees in English. It feels like the place is run by someone who doesn't care about customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend choosing a different restaurant if you want to avoid frustration. It took 15 minutes for my order to arrive, and I was the only customer there.
I ordered two classic breakfasts with white bread and eggs over-easy, but they were out of white bread. To make matters worse, my meal arrived without any cutlery. One of the eggs was cooked perfectly, while the other was overcooked and served cold. The toast on one plate was burnt, and the other slice was barely toasted with a large lump of butter in the center, which I couldn't spread without cutlery. The bacon was so small it looked more like bacon bits, and they completely forgot the hashbrowns. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we hadn't even received a cup of coffee. It felt like they must still have been picking the beans! I also saw another customer who left after waiting 20 minutes for two pieces of toast, only to be informed that they had just started making it. If your staff can't cook an egg properly or make toast, they really need some training before being in front of customers. If you don't have the staff or supplies necessary to operate correctly, maybe you shouldn't be open at all. This restaurant is a complete disaster, and it reflects poorly on the brand. After this experience, I won't be returning to A&W.
We have stopped here a few times. Each and every time, the wait is ridiculous. Tonight from the time we stepped in the store until we left with our take out order, took 40 minutes. 25 minutes of that was waiting for our food. It’s unacceptable for a ‘fast food’ joint. I can understand a delay on a Friday, and because it’s ‘fresh’ but had I known it was going to take this long, I would have spent the money at a sit down restaurant. On top of that, the price for the quality of food was not worth it. The burgera were dry. The fries tasted old, and onion rings and fries were way to salty.
Terrible management. Employees are not trained properly and the wait for fast food at this location ALWAYS takes longer than necessary. We waited almost an hour on multiple occasions. Food has been cold almost every single time I've eaten here with my family – sad to say we won't be back.
Extremely slow drive through service, half the order was missing in the bag good thing I checked before leaving the clerk asked me if I would like to receive the items missing from my order… um, yes I paid for them, it’s part of the order. Also the drink was warm like it had sat out I asked to change it because the clerk did not remember what was in there, OMG!
