A&W Restaurant - Brockville

Did they just pour the sauce into the bag last minute or something???? Because it's all over everything and hardly even on my chicken burger....like thanks for wasting my money.

It seems like the people in Brockville are lacking manners these days. I politely asked for my order using please and thank you, and made sure to mention my tomato allergy. However, the cashier responded very rudely, asking if my order was for dine-in or take-out. When I confirmed it was for take-out, she still didn't input the no tomato request into the computer. As a result, my burger arrived with a tomato on it. It's disappointing when you encounter such poor manners, making you not want to return to a place.

The food is amazing, especially their famous root beer. The staff is friendly and quite quick on their feet, fulfilling orders to the table in a few mins.

Worse service ever, they didn't even acknowledge our presence. When we finally ordered took about 20 minutes to get our breakfast. Wont be returning.

The front counter staff was disorganized and were having some communication breakdowns, but the kitchen produced excellent quality food.
