The restaurant is always bustling with activity, and while I would appreciate a better vegetarian pizza option, the service is outstanding. My order was prepared quickly—hot and fresh—ready in just 20 minutes.

Amazing pizza and the people who work there make it much better!

The only reason to visit this place is for a quick pizza fix. If you have to wait, you might as well spend a few extra dollars for a quality pizza elsewhere. That’s what made me decide to try this pizza joint. I placed an order and received a beeper, which instructed me to wait either outside or in my car. I waited over 20 minutes in my car right outside, watching the beeper while it sat idle. As people came and went, one of the staff members joked that I was a Chicagoan. When I mentioned that the beeper never went off, I asked him how long he had been waiting, and he replied it was at least 10 minutes. I inquired about what they would do to fix the situation, and he just shrugged. When I asked for a refund, at least they honored that. The pizzas that left the place probably taste mediocre at best. I won’t be returning.

The food was undercooked and quite disappointing. I had to put it back in the oven just to achieve a proper crust. It was unpleasant.

I had not eaten Little Caesars before trying it out friend's place. Since then I have ordered several times and I have enjoyed the pizza and the wings.
