McDonald's - Brockville

I went through today at 1 a.m. after my work and was told that they only serve drinks and fries. The second time in a week told me that. What's going on? When I asked if this would be a regular event, the girl said... hesitatingly yes. They are one of two dining places that are open late in Brockville. So disappointing.

How hard is it to get a hot burger from this facility... from now on... the burgers in your biscuits... they seem to stay hot for an hour... while stone cold burgers served fresh... save your money people...customer service is also not their thing.

During our days in Brockville about five times through the ride. The drive was fast every time.

I get coffee almost every morning, I never had a full cup. It seems speed on the drive thru prevents proper filling of orders.

So this is the last time I'm ever going to this McDonald's, they have screwed my order up every single time and there is nothing complicated about it and when you go to make a complaint what they do is they promise you coupons that...they will mail them to you and they never do, right now this place owes me quite a few meals, I've gone through here at night and watched the staff being rude and unattentive, I've experienced the same thing during the day, it's almost like you have in breeds working for you , I have tried calling many times when they screw up my orders only for the phone to just rang off the hook so I gave up and contacted The head officeAnd M just never going back to this McDonald's again. The one at Walmart even though they have a limited menu is the only 1 in brockville worth going to, or I would recommend drive to Prescott or to gananoque
