The subway sandwich and cookie plates were separated, the vegetable toppings were wonderfully designed and separated on a separate tray. I wish I had made a picture of how good it was. Kudos to the management and design team that ensured that our outdoor meals could be had with another family group during Covid.
The ingredients at this restaurant are exceptionally fresh and of high quality. The cheese they use is so sharp, it could easily slice through a piece of plywood. I would suggest avoiding the location on William Street (Quickie) and instead, try the Parkedale location which I believe is still under the original ownership. That's the one you'll want to visit.
The company offers a Buy One to get a free foot long as you order it on the app, and makes it so that the order cannot pass on the app that I tried four times, and it will not happen. Full nonsense and fake... Advertising
The sandwich makers at Subway can be inconsistent in their skills. What I find confusing is when they inform me that my Subway reward card has no balance and was declined... even though it is a rewards card. Additionally, they don't communicate well when making your sandwich. Hopefully, my experience will be better on my next visit.
We used to visit this restaurant every week, but the quality has been declining. The bread is stale and there are very few veggies on the subs. We won't be returning here anymore. Attached is a picture of the sub we received tonight, it was falling apart and tasted very old. How does this happen at 6pm on a busy Saturday?
