Mcdonald's - Brockway

Even though there were no other customers, we had to wait for service at the restaurant. I saw at least 3 employees - one in the drive-thru and at least 2 in the kitchen. Eventually, one of the kitchen employees came to take our simple order, but they still managed to get it wrong.

McDonald's hamburgers are not as good as they used to be. It seems like they have changed the quality of the meat they use. Their french fries are still good though.

The only thing I can say is that it felt as if no one cares about the food they put out. It was so terrible that instead of complaining to a manager I will never eat at McDonald's again.

Drive-Through took an excessive amount of time, 15+ minutes, for a fairly simple order. If in a hurry, do please avoid.

It was late hours of the night and fries too forever to come. The lady was so polite
