I have lived at icon ba since they opened in 2016. as an economic adviser, I appreciate the level of passion and professionalism demonstrated by their management.

Quick and effective response whenever you request for maintenance, even if quoted as non urgent. Excellent!

The maintenance man was excellent and friendly. He fixed the door handle, faucet handle, disposal unit, freezer container, and replaced a missing light in the refrigerator. The only things he couldn't fix were the water dispenser in a non-working refrigerator and the rustic ice machine gadget. I'm excited for him to come back and fix those issues. I give 5 stars for his professionalism and the repairs/replacements he completed.

Maintenance at icon is profession and very quick to respond. I had them out two times now out of the three years I've been out for small maintenance. Very pleased with their work and I don't have to worry about letting them in without my attendance.

Ashley in the office is by far the best leasing agent I have ever met! She took such great care of my sweet old Gma. My Gma isn't all in the now with the facepage so I'm writing this review on her behalf. Thank you so much for being your best every time.
