Panda Express - Broken Arrow

Good food, when they aren't out of what you like (which happens often). And there's always a long wait and they often don't allow online ordering. Consistently understaffed.

Quality of food has went down. Prices to high for what they're severing. Won't go back no time soon. Once was a real regular....

Food has normally been consistently good at this location, but not tonight. Everything tasted old and bland. Service was great and I always appreciate that anytime I go.

Around 3pm in the area for a service appt. So 1st visit to Panda Express it's a cafeteria type setup. There was a language barrier between a food handler and my help. After a brief explanation of the problem with( Marli) a great asset to the Company.Then she further explained to the Manager what had occured. She handed me the box at no charge.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but during my last visit, I ordered the beef and broccoli. There was barely a spoonful of beef, and the vegetables had a very artificial taste. The noodles were unpleasant as well. Panda is usually one of my go-to spots, so I hope this was just an off day.
