The lady that took my order was VERY pleasant, repeated my order and double checked to see if I need anything else (condiments, french toast) then proceeded to tell me to have a good day! Once I approached the window to get my order, she introduced herself, repeated my order, and asked if I needed any condiments. She had the brightest smile on her face and it just made my day! I get my order and proceed to drive off. Well, I forgot to get my card back after paying. Yes, she forgot to hand it to me but ultimately I am responsible for my card. She came barreling out of the building, card in hand, smile on her face and a huge apology! All this to say THANK YOU MICHELLE! These five stars are for you! I hope you have a great day!!
This location is the best Sonic I have been to. My bestie I grab Wednesday lunch here every week. The service is quick, we typically have the same car hop every week she is very sweet attentitive.
I was just there. When driving thru ordered and drove to pay the window. My order of Corn Dog and Fries was already finished when I came to the window. Maybe 30 seconds from the ordering period. This is super fast service but explains why my pommes were just barely Luke warm, tasted old and the same for Corn Dog. Means that the items were not freshly cooked and had waited for a customer. Friends were so bad that they were not frissable and had to throw them away. Terrible food
Worst sonic ever. They don't even deserve a star, but it wouldn't allow me to give an evaluation without at least one star. So I made my order through the app. When I got sonic, there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. So they weren't so busy. I'll wait 35 minutes for my order. And that wasn't the only time it happened. I even burst into the store and the carhop said he was asking for someone to help him drive our food. I told the manager that and she didn't seem to have taken care of it or wanted it. I didn't give me a drink carrier when I asked him on the app. No ice cream in one of the drinks and they pack it with ice cream. They gave me two straws when I ordered three drinks. I never go to that sound again. I make orders on the app quite often with other Sonics and the longest I waited for an order was 5 minutes. My husband later called to discuss the problem with the manager, and everything she did was excuses and did not apologize or tried to correct the situation in any way. We were not looking for something free, but something that would have offered us would have been nice, especially as I waited there with 3 little hungry children for so long.
It took more than 10 minutes to get 2 corn dogs and an order of Cheddar peppers. There were no other cars on the side where I was, and when I got my job and began to leave there were no cars in the drive thru or in the stands on the other side. The screens were grounded. When I first moved into one of them, the screen was empty, so I moved to another. When I tried to pay with my card, it messed up and the board had random numbers on it, then it said the payment was successful, but never gave me an opportunity to tap the carp. I had no money, so I felt terrible and the carhop was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wish they had never added the drive thru. That's just my opinion.
