Hungry Jack's - Broken Hill

Just went through drive through and ordered a big wrap meal which was supposed to contain 2 hash browns and an extra hash brown and a coffee and an egg and bacon muffin plus extra hash brown with orange juice as they don't do lactose free coffees. Came home missing the coffee and a hash brown. So were short changed over $5.00. Don't drive off before really checking meal. Not impressed.

Same standard you'd expect from a franchies place; the young man in charge did however hunt up a bottle of water for me after he heard one of the staff tell me they were out of it - very nice thing to do.

The staff at HJ's seem to take pride in their work rather than some other similar outlets that just slap it together and hope you don't complain. Also, their burgers have not shrunk as much as their major competitor. Keep up the good work HJ's Broken Hill.

I just ordered 2 burgers borh burn top and bottom of bun no extras that i payed for again! Literally happens all the time, super inconsistant, its not hard to make a burger right ????

Slow service, and the place looked like it could do with a scrub, only a couple of staff in the place who looked super busy for the two customers that were there. Not dirty, but compared to the other fast food joints in town it looked over due for a scrub down.
