Mcdonalds - BROMLEY

I was in Bromley so I thought I'd have a very cheeky Maccy Ds , breakfast The food was hot well served and the person was polite clean and in uniform It was lovely don't tell the wife !!!!!

I paid for BBQ sauce but never received it. When the food was delivered, I checked the bags and once again, for the third time in a row, the sauces were forgotten. It is frustrating that they constantly forget to include the sauces that we paid for, even though it clearly states on the order that they should be included. While it may only be a small amount of money for each sauce, it all adds up. As a single parent on a low income, I just wanted to treat my children to something nice and exciting, so it is disappointing to be charged for something and not receive it. Additionally, the food is always cold when delivered. Orders should be made from scratch, not left sitting in heated containers.

This restaurant experience was a total disappointment. I waited for over thirty minutes for my order at the counter, and it was chaotic with everyone complaining. The staff seemed miserable and rude. I asked for a refund because I was going to be late, and the manager, Michelle, refused without any apology. She claimed she couldn't find my order on the till, even though I had already paid and my number was still on the screen. The lack of apology and customer service was appalling. I suggest avoiding this place as they clearly need to improve their customer service skills. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

This restaurant experience was awful. There was a hair in my burger and it made me feel sick. I hope the establishment can show more respect in the future. The hair was ginger, which is not my hair color. It made me feel nauseous.

We ordered our breakfast meal at 10:55 in their store and waited for 30 minutes. It was on the board and then disappeared. After 30 minutes of waiting they kept acknowledging me but didn’t ask me if I was waiting so I went to the desk to ask where my food was only to be told they aren’t doing breakfast anymore. I find it appalling they didn’t tell us and kept us waiting. I am disgusted. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
