Pizza Express - BROMLEY

We went to Pizza Express on New Year’s Eve 2023. The manager fitted my family in at the last minute even though there was very limited availability. The staff were exceptional, and you could see it was very busy, so they were under pressure, but still managed to give excellent service with a smile. The manager even asked us as we were leaving how was our experience and our meal which we felt was a lovely touch. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. Overall, it was a lovely experience to spend New Year’s Eve with the family which was made especially nice by the staff and the manager.

The waiter was extremely rude. Rushing me to pay instead of letting me finish my drink. General latitude of the staff and management was poor

Irma our waitress did a superb job looking after us in very busy circumstances. A good meal and pleasant surroundings.

Nice casual night out, pretty nice food as always and the same quality you usually expect from Pizza Express. Pretty quiet in the restaurant when we went so the staff weren't in a rush to take our order and could of been faster.

Had a really enjoyable dinner here with friends. Pizza Express restaurants are usually reliable and this one didn’t disappoint. Great food, cosy corner booth and superb service from our lovely waitress, Maia. Highly recommended.
