Feedback gevenI have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions. The food is good, but a bit expensive. We typically use our Tesco vouchers here. However, today the service was very slow, and we had to feed two seven-year-old girls. I believe the lack of staff may be due to Brexit.
A huge thank you to the wonderful team this evening. They could not have been more accommodating, from making me a new pizza because I was in the toilet with my young son who is potty training to presenting my dad with such a cute happy birthday slate and candle. We all had such a great meal, felt super comfortable and Victoria was a star! Thank you for having us
Went with family to celebrate a birthday, orders mixed up, food average and a bit tasteless, service mixed also, shame used to be good in here, hopefully will improve
My family and I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The waitress was friendly, but the kitchen made mistakes with our order and we had to send part of it back. The 'melting chocolate' dessert was poorly presented and had to be sent back twice. When it came time to pay, I used my bank card and received an alert on my mobile banking app confirming the payment was successful. However, the terminal indicated the transaction had failed. After a dispute with the manager, I ended up having to pay again, but was able to challenge one of the transactions with my bank and receive a refund. I provided detailed feedback to the restaurant's complaints team based on my extensive experience with POS systems and payments, advising them on what they should have done differently.
As Pizza Hut has lost my buisness, pizza express has gained my custom. service is very good you get treated very well as opposed to that from pizza hut who don't seem to care about their customers.
