Saggor Indian Kebab Burgers - BROMLEY

I was here recently and had a really delicious curry with excellent coconut rice. The atmosphere was pleasant, the curry was beautiful and hot, and they even gave me a free dessert. The portion size was smaller than my previous visit, but it was still enjoyable. I have no complaints.

I called to place an order for the first time and encountered a language barrier with the person on the phone. It took a long time for them to take my order and when I asked about the total cost, they had to get someone else on the line who was unsure. They ended up increasing the prices and asked how I wanted to pay. When I mentioned paying by card, they hurried me to give them the card number quickly as they claimed to be very busy. I found this to be rude and disrespectful. I decided to cancel the order as it seemed they did not value customer service. The next day, a friend informed me that they had a bad experience ordering from there as well, with stale popadoms and chewy food. It appears that this restaurant takes their customers' money seriously but lacks in quality and service.

My friend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant. I usually order the same curry and know it's good, but my friend wanted something not on the menu. The staff was able to make it for her and she was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The only issue was that the server forgot to apply my discount and overcharged me, but the manager quickly resolved the mistake when I called.

That's okay if they want a last minute curry. Eat is good, but bland. orderings will never listen, so if they add special requests (hotter dish etc.) and simply delivered the same as a standard dish. never had a bad dish, but just a little taste. Never watch what you would normally receive.

Love the food here. Halal too. Butter chicken is my daughters fav. They always add extra green chilli for my husband. Tasty food highly recommend.
