La Fromagerie Gourmande Bromont

This restaurant is fantastic. The pizza is outstanding, and the fries and poutine are incredibly tasty!

As a long-time resident of Bromont, I was disappointed with my most recent pick-up order from this restaurant. They’ve built their reputation on cheese curds, but the quality of the pizza and fries has become inconsistent lately, depending on who’s in the kitchen. In my last order, we received a pizza with an overcooked crust and fries that tasted like they had been reheated before being served. This is particularly disappointing given that it’s an expensive restaurant, charging premium prices based on their reputation, especially with the 20% price hike this spring and summer. We expect better quality for what we’re paying.

The pizza crust was undercooked. I left a tip in advance, but I question why, as there was absolutely no service.

Good service.All dressed pizza was excellent; as surprise the crusty was stuffed with cheese curds.

Getting expensive, however, this is still one of the legendary places in Quebec to have to enjoy poutine. Quality of cheese is top of the top tier, it steals the show over decent Fries and gravy.They've taken their softdrink station away which I find unfortunate. Instead you have to buy a bottle...
