Cachapa Cachapa - BRONX

I requested the staff to change my order after I mistakenly placed the wrong one on Grubhub, but they refused to accommodate my request. The change would have only cost an extra $3 after I had already spent $66. This was disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service.

The customer service here is subpar, and they seem unwilling to change an order just for a dollar or two difference. It's hard to understand their reasoning.

The sandwich seemed undercooked, and the cheese wasn't melted properly.

Not impressed at all . Food was very dry . Corn isn’t moist. For those looking for authentic Venezuelan food go else where . You’ll have better look else where.To whom it may concern : Please make your food with love.
