The entire experience at the restaurant was fantastic.

The prices at this restaurant are higher than at other locations by ten dollars for some items. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store.

When the instructions specifically say that it is being delivered to a school the driver should not get upset that it takes more than 2 minutes to come down stairs

Great customer service. I’ve been a fan of Carvel Ice cream for over 50 years.

Having frequented this location for over a decade, they have consistently proven themselves to have the tastiest, traditional Carvel Ice Cream Cakes in The Bronx. The young female employee that served me today was friendly, courteous and professional, adding my son's name to his cake with a flourish. If you live anywhere in our borough you should come here too!
