The only reason my family started to purchase from here is because Hung Hing has left the Bedford Park Boulevard location. I ordered delivery for my family and part of my order was missing. When I called them I was spoken to rudely by a woman. Decided to give them another try. Will never order from them again. We found plastic in our food. We have children, so we threw out everything. We also feel that their prices are outrageous. The plastic was found in a order of crab sticks.

DISCLAIMER**They have no respect for their paying customers and it really shows when placing orders over the phone. Overcharging is a really disgusting tactic that this restaurant's uses to up-charge the community they service and it really makes the experience seem like casual greedy business I don't recommend this restaurant! I will never return to them for business. They have menus with different prices on them and then say one thing and they charge another price. Such as disappointment with them.

I do not recommend this restaurant. They did not provide me with what I requested, even though I clearly communicated my order. Additionally, they denied that I had made any specific requests.

I think their chicken wings are the best. They fry them perfectly. I definitely agree.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty and fresh. I highly commend their efforts and encourage them to continue with their great work.
