Feedback gevenIs this Dunkin' Donuts legitimate? When I tried to share my experience on their website, it said that the store survey code on my receipt was not valid. So, I'm sharing my experience here instead. I ordered a specific type of coffee but received the wrong one. The server insisted that he had given me the correct drink, but I could clearly tell it was not right—I’ve been ordering this type of coffee for years. I felt like the server thought I wouldn’t notice the difference. After I brought up the issue, he reluctantly agreed to make me the coffee I originally ordered, which I saw as an admission that something was wrong. He had already opened a silver package and brewed something before handing me the cup. What was going on? Did he really think I wouldn’t notice?! I asked for my money back, and he returned it immediately from the register without hesitation—he knew I was right. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts again.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Dunkin' Donuts due to the rudeness and disrespect of one of the staff members. She had a dismissive attitude and was quite arrogant throughout my visit. To make matters worse, two of her coworkers laughed at me and joked about my order while I was spending a significant amount of money. I plan to contact the corporate office and email everyone regarding this misconduct. I believe this behavior is unacceptable and I want to see it addressed as soon as possible.
The male staff told me to go check another Dunkin as if my kind is not welcome and I was not disrespectful or rude he just seemed like he don?t like Spanish ppl that?s sad ???? all I wanted was coffee not coffee with disrespectful service and talkingabout me as I wake away please take action Dunkin I been coming to this place for years
I ordered a caramel iced latte and a French vanilla coffee, but what I got was a shot of coffee topped off with milk and a full cup of ice. I mentioned that I was paying for coffee, not just milk, but the staff informed me that this is how they prepare it. So, I requested a refund since I didn't order iced milk.
I went to order a Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and asked for the bread not to be toasted and the employees could not comprehend basic English and seriously asked me if I didn?t want the sausage and eggs cooked when all I said was for the breadnot to be toasted, it?s a simple request but apparently it was made difficult. This happens on multiple occasions with thislocation and it makes it somewhat of a challenge to order food face to face unless your food is ordered on the Dunkin? app.
