The ice cream was melted, but they still served it like a soup. This location is consistently unclean.

The cheese was nicely melted, but the overall texture was more like a soup. The cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely use some improvement.

I was very impressed by the dedication the staff took in not only preparing my various coffee orders but how they treated all of their customers!

Consistently understaffed, this place really needs more than one person working in the morning. The lone staff member simply can’t handle everything on his own. We ordered our coffee through the app, but it wasn’t ready, and there were six people waiting ahead of us. He struggled to get the machine to start and then moved on to the next customer without addressing our order. It was a nightmare. Ultimately, we had to leave to avoid being late, which meant we lost our money. This review is directed at the owners to emphasize the importance of properly staffing the establishment. With the right team in place, they could boost business significantly and ensure a much better experience for customers.
