Feedback gevenI was a loyal customer for years. The customer service is great however; whomever the cooks are now have ruined this place. The slices are limp.. the cheese is CHEAP the meats are PROCESSED. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs; the meatballs weren't meat! They were burnt and the spaghetti was soupy and BLAND; just gross. Lindas graciously gave me a whole $4 credit on a $20 order. I was then charged their new $1 delivery fee when I tried to order with them again. GO TO NAPIOLI'S
My son loves the crabsticks. I jus start try their smoothies they are ok. They jus need to add green veggies like spinach or kale. I did tell the guy who works there. Guess he has not talk to management yet
Love the food and everything but are you serious with this ???????? How can they do that like ???????????????????????????? is like I'm asking this people to give me the pizza for free???? at least they should send it in a big box instead of this .
Today on Sunday, November 11, 2022 at 3:58pm, I placed an order for 1 Beef Patty with extra cheese, Coco Bread, 1 Beef Patty with extra cheese, and an order of Zepplies. The order arrived at 4:55pm and was cold and soggy. A male answered the phone when I called and I told him to send the delivery person back to take the food back and give me a refund. He said he would resend a hot order and I waited for 20 minutes with no sign of it. After 2 hours had passed, I called 10 times and he kept putting me on hold. It is now 6:33pm and there has been no resolution. This experience was poor and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I just visited the establishment about 30 mins ago I ordered something simple like zepolles and some garlic knots with cheese and tomato sauce added. I brang my order home one to two block radius and my cheese was stuck to the aluminum foil .The professionals place these types of garlic knots in a tray I Got One Small Tomato Sauce with my order when I ordered it together .All of this to spend the minimum 7$
