Moe's Southwest Grill - BRONX

New staff! So I work at the shopping center and eat here about once a week. that will never happen again. they hired some new women to their associates and the attitudes are so bad that if they try to talk to a man, they pretend they don't speak English. but when they speak Spanish again, the next answer is the manager in a meeting. I also have 2 workers who both get the same, but the African-American is accused more than the Hispanic! I have heard that it happened a lot recently and it is on most of the newer employees (less than 6 months on the job.) decent eating, but not the stress that comes with it.

Nice snack at the eating place: chips and guac! including some red and green salsa. warm chips and beautiful guacamole. freshly costed. only $5

The order of this place is hit or miss. they have forgotten the items or the wrong ingredients before, but I keep ordering from here because it is the only close of moe’s and if they get it right, it is always fresh and good. If you have never liked, they have stacks that correspond to the crunchwrap of taco bell and are super delicious. I like there is a choice between steak, pork, huh, veggie etc. another article I love is the queso. it is delicious! their tortilla chips are also very good. always fresh, never stale. I was not yet at this place personally, we usually do doordash or Grub-Hub, but this is located at the food court in the bay plaza mall, so I am sure that there are enough sitting places there is a clean infilial front.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They use doordash and both times my order was either missing something or so late the food was cold. Both times I contacted them about it and I got a general response email and then nothing.

Delicious. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend over places like chipotle
