This restaurant is always bustling, but their breakfasts are incredibly filling. If you're feeling hungry, definitely try the breakfast with bacon. It comes with a side of coffee and soft, toasted bakery bread—delicious!

My mom has been coming here since i was in her belly and now i come with my son i love this place you’ll always see long lines on sunday but that’s because everyone wants a piece of this place !! its so good!! anything from breakfast or a cuban sandwich love it!!!

Good morning and blessings to all of you, I want to share something about this place. I work for NYCT/MTA, my friends and I have been shopping at this place for years and unfortunately I have to say that this place is getting worse every day in terms of customer service. Last week my colleagues and I arrived to shop and after we told the person who was serving us that we were going to pay for everything together, she got upset and told us in a bad way that it couldn't be done and continued arguing. Today we came back again, I wanted to buy oatmeal and sweet bread, when I told her that I wanted the bread that was in the middle of the tray, she got upset and yelled at me that it couldn't be done. That I had to buy the one she was giving me. I asked about the boss and only the boss's son was there. He also told me that he couldn't and he agreed with her. My question is this. If you are buying something, do you buy what you are paying for or should you buy what they want to sell to you? It's supposed that if you pay, you have the right to buy what you're going to pay. In this country, the customer is always right. We are in states, not in a third world country. Badly mannered people who don't know respect should not work in public places.

I've been going to Pitusa Bakery for over 20 years, and even though I'm not a big fan of their cakes and some of their sweet stuff, their coffees, juices, oatmeal, sandwiches and breakfasts are excellent.

The food is good but the workers are the problem.. they have they favorite customers and they will skip over you to take they order and they are very racist..
