Feedback gevenThe wait time was incredibly long. I'm usually quite patient, but when you're starving, it feels like you're waiting forever. The longest I've waited here was 45 minutes, and that was just to see if it was really that lengthy.
The service definitely needs some improvement. I sat in the drive-thru for almost an hour waiting to place my order, only to learn that the delay was due to a malfunctioning speaker. Each car had to inch their way to the pickup window to place their orders, which meant more waiting there too. After being patient, I finally reached the pickup window to order my 5-piece popcorn shrimp combo, which is usually made fresh, so I expected a wait after paying. However, after 10 minutes, the cashier told me it would take another 3 minutes for my order because they had to pull it from the back. I moved forward and waited another 10 minutes, only to be served overcooked shrimp that appeared to have been boiled in dirty oil. To top it off, I had to remind the cashier about my drink, which took an additional 5 minutes to arrive. I wasted an entire hour of my Tuesday afternoon for food that simply wasn’t worth it! I’m giving them two stars because one of the cashiers was very friendly.
If I could give this place a rating, I definitely would, but there were only two out of three registers open, despite the presence of ten customers. The service was extremely slow. When I finally reached the register, they informed me that they were out of banana cream cake. I had ordered a meal that included two pieces of chicken, two sides, one biscuit, a small drink, and the banana cream cake. When I inquired about a substitute for the missing dessert, I was told they don’t offer compensation for missing food items. I asked if they could replace the banana cream cake with beignets, but the cashier didn’t even know what beignets were. After I pointed them out on the menu, she simply said they didn’t have them. I then spoke to the manager about the substitution, and she told me they don’t offer replacements and that they no longer sell that meal. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience. The food was excessively salty, the mac and cheese was overcooked and mushy, and everything was just subpar. I do not recommend this restaurant.
The ordering machine is broken during driving and the incompetent manager cannot come with a solution. customers need to drive up to drive through windows to order the order then wait there for them. So the line is long and that is waiting for over 30 minutes. they need a better management because they really incompetent service: 1/5
The machine to take orders broke and just by then people have to wait 30 minutes un drive through. I would think the managers would come up with a better solution like having people outside taking orders with tablets etc. Lowsy management!!!! I'm writing this as I'm sitting waiting. And because there's a barrier I can't drive out the drive through
