For the last several delivery orders of the Rigatoni Bolognese, I've been receiving mostly pasta with a smattering of meat sauce. I used get a nice amount of the sauce. This dish is not worth $34. (I can cook pasta shells at home for much less) I don't know why this change happened. But in my last order I specifically pointed this out. To no avail. I can't imagine this has been a series of accidents. It's also impossible to avoid mentioning that they are understaffed for their many deliveries on the weekend. It takes a very long time for the food to come and a few weekends ago my order never came. So if you are going to order from them I suggest doing it on a weekday when they are less busy.
Definitely a go to fort good pizza. Can't go wrong with the menu. All their food is great. Also try the Bolognese sauce. Delicious.
Though the music was loud, the food was delicious and the DJ was cranking some great tunes! Could have been a little quieter for dinner service, but our meal was superb and the service was great. We took dessert back to our hotel for later and it too was delicious! Highly recommend this place.
The first time we ate at Giovanni’s the food was amazing along with stellar service, so we decided to choose it again. Their website did not have the correct opening time, and when we went in, we were asked to leave. Rather than get upset, we went online and ordered a to-go order (customer picks the time to pick up food). We arrive at appointed time; no one helped us. We sat for ten minutes; no one helped us. When asked about our order the staff member goes to the area where the orders were kept, asked the man making the calzones, and walked away. Ten minutes later, she picked up our box that had been sitting there since we arrived. If I hadn’t already given the tip online (based on our previous experience), I wouldn’t have.
