On the positive side, the service at this location was fast, and our order was ready quickly. The staff members were friendly and professional. However, the indoor seating area is still closed due to COVID-19, which also prevents access to the restrooms. The location has a drive-thru for those who prefer not to go inside, and there’s parking available for those who want to enter the restaurant. You can also place your order online for pickup. They accept both cash and card payments. If you're considering giving White Castle a try, just be cautious and make sure you have something on hand for your stomach. I rated the location 3 stars because it was clean and the staff's hospitality was commendable.

Even though I ordered well in advance using the mobile app, I still had to wait quite a while for my food when I arrived. However, the food was genuinely delicious. I've never had a more satisfying experience at White Castle. The burgers were piping hot, and the ingredients and condiments were incredibly fresh. They really nailed it!

I've always been a fan of White Castle, but until now, I had only tried them at their locations in Queens and East New York. This time, I ordered from the Bronx location, and it was a great experience! I placed my order through UberEats for some late-night snacks, fully aware that I might regret it in the morning—lol! Their fries were not soggy at all and had the perfect amount of salt. The chicken rings and chicken breast sliders were fried to perfection. Writing this review is making me crave White Castle all over again! You really can't go wrong with this fast food. While I'm not a fan of their burgers, I highly recommend ordering the mozzarella sticks WELL DONE and the chicken breast sliders without cheese. You definitely won't regret it!

I understand it was midnight after a Yanks Game? If we focus more on taking orders and making sure they are correct. Rather than laughing and talking in male customers face. I would have received the 1921 Ghost Pepper Cheese slider(Was regular cheese)I asked for along with 3 original sliders, A crispy chicken sandwich combo add bacon. 9 sack of chicken rings And a Sprite. My question is when has ketchup ever been on an original slider? that I had to ask be added and was only given two and not three and were not accurately made. The grease needs to be changed as well. Highly disappointed !

From the manager to the workers this place should be closed. When it's no leadership from the top what is to be expected from the staff. Also when your cashier's mouth is more dirty than a toilet it doesn't make for good customer service.
