Feedback gevenCustomer service is so terrible! I was three times and don't think I'm going back! The older woman should be ashamed. I went to the counter waiting for her to welcome me, but she stared through me and said NOTHING! I then spoke and said Hi, but no answer back, so I continued to order, and she still stared as if she didn't care. The younger girl came from behind and she wasn't better, then the guy went in and complained about his check and he doesn't do enough in tips and blah, blah, blah! My sprouts tasted so old and the sweet almond was old and burned. I sent a complaint through the app and a woman emailed me excuses saying that location was training people and I could return my Brezels for free only show them the email to redeem them. This is terrible how they behave and the company does not take the matter seriously at all!!!
The staff is not customer-friendly. While I was talking, she gave me one, ?hold on finger?, then went back for about three minutes. No communication. The staff seemed overtaken or upset about being at work.
Bought Bretzels from this place 3 times a week this year. Honestly, it's disappointing. The pulps are not baked everywhere and you can taste the raw pastry. As I see it, there are more pulps made than the quality of the pulp. That's bad? It must be quality over quantity. If you want better, tasting Bretzels and not the drive. Go to Aunt Anne's at the South Camm Mall.
Staff were really nice. I was there on Wednesday night and waited for my work. I was really tired and boring and just needed some light and refreshing. There was a girl who helped me choose the right drink and I must say that she saved my day.
Awful experience!! If I could rate it zero stars I would!! I asked if I could get a hot dog pretzel and they said no we can?t make that. ? it was 5:00 they closed at 6????? So why couldn?t they make it? Get some new employees.
