Cafe Manna - Brookfield

This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy healthy and delicious food! The dishes are visually stunning and a delight for the taste buds. The hostess, Tracy (I hope I remembered her name correctly; she might have said Teressa), really brightens your day with her excellent service. This place has always been my favorite and never fails to impress!

I’m always on the lookout for tasty vegan options, which can sometimes be a challenge, even in Milwaukee. However, that was not the case at Cafe Manna— the food here was simply outstanding! We went all out and tried the crab cakes, lettuce wraps, miso bowl, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, Brussels sprouts, and spicy cauliflower bowl, all of which were vegan. Every dish exceeded our expectations! The presentation was also impressive. They offer a fantastic selection of beer and wine, and as a lovely surprise for my birthday, I was served a mini vegan funfetti cake that was absolutely delightful. A big thank you to Theresa, our wonderful server, who made our experience so enjoyable. We feel fortunate to have found this amazing veggie gem and can’t wait to return. One tip: if you have the option for cheese, definitely choose the house-made nut cheese— it’s incredibly delicious!

Wow! The food and the staff are absolutely deserving of five stars! Now, let’s discuss the menu. If you want it, they have it, just in a healthier version. I don't know how they do it, but the jackfruit is fantastic! The chili is wonderful too—it's truly amazing!

I met a friend at Café Maná for lunch today (7/6/22). I don’t wanting to try this place for sometime but couldn’t find anybody that would go with me to a place that served mostly vegan, raw, and gluten free food. The past reviews were definitely right on point. I had the special which was three jackfruit tacos with black beans and it was wonderful. The guy I was with had the Portabella mushroom sandwich and really enjoyed it. We shared the Asian lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were very tasty and had just the right amount of heat with the sauce they spring it with. There was only one server that was working the restaurant and outside today and yet the service was impeccable. Our server was very efficient and she also took time to tell us what she liked on the menu and answer questions. I have celiac and did not get sick. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone. The only downside to this visit is that my blood sugar went crazy after eating there. I went from 160 up to about 380 and sat there for a couple of hours. I may have missed judged the amount of carbs but my guess is that there was more sugar in the foods than I would’ve thought. Regardless great place, great food, and great service.

The service and food at Cafe Manna is amazing! I had some of the best nachos of my life! It was hard to believe everything was plant based it tasted just like a loaded plate of chicken nachos. I will definitely be coming back to try everything else on the menu!
