Chubbys Cheesesteaks Brookfield

The fries and burgers were tasty. We had a great time on our first visit and plan to come back.

The burger was supposed to come with jalapeño ranch and jalapeño poppers, but instead, it was topped with raw jalapeños, which was disappointing. As for the nachos, they were served on soggy Doritos instead of fresh chips, and they had very little meat, making them not worth the price. I was told the food would be ready by 11:45, but I didn’t receive it until noon, which made me late returning to work. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all; there were only two people eating and two waiting for food. The cook seemed to be hustling in the kitchen, but the girl with long reddish hair was constantly on her phone. Because of this experience, I’m hesitant to spend my money there again. I gave it two stars instead of one, as I previously ordered a gyro and fries from them, and that was good.

The first time I ordered a six-piece wing, I was able to get all flats, but I had to pay extra. Today, the same lady who I had to argue with last time tells me that it's not possible at all. Paying $10.49 for six wings is already pricey, but not allowing customers to choose the pieces they want is just unreasonable.

Ok family came here on a Saturday night and it was basically empty... that was the first red flag. I ignored it because I've eaten here in the past like 2 years ago. Our sum was like $75.00 for a family of 4. And I was so disappointed. I don't complain, so I just sucked it. I'll never order from here again. I felt like I was just throwing my money away. You shouldn't even call it Philly. I'm so unhappy.

I personally don't understand the bad reviews. Being I work close by I order from here 3+ times a week. Always good always hot. Cod sandwich all the cheesesteaks and all appetizers are on point...the bacon yeah skip it but everything I've had so far was great along with the customer service!
