Online ordering quickly and mobile ordering clearly marked. The store was clean. Food and drinks are delicious and made as ordered.

The lobby was closed when I arrived, so I was unable to try Einstein Bagels for the first time. I attempted to place an order but ended up being confused by their sign and didn't receive any helpful communication. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return. You’ve lost a potential customer!

I ordered a dozen pastries and coffee drinks for my employees. The process was quick, friendly, and placing my order over the phone was a breeze. Everything was prepared and waiting for me when I arrived!

I was treated quite rudely on several occasions during my visit. They didn’t provide napkins in the bag, and after placing our orders, the doors were locked when we tried to go back in for napkins, for reasons that were unclear. The food is delicious, but the service is really lacking, which is disappointing. I hope they can improve in the future.
