Great service but then again I’ve never had bad service at Starbucks! They all need raises

They are putting less coffee in the cups and frothing it up more so it feels light as a feather. No wonder I e lost my love for Starbucks. And up until the pandemic hit I had been a 30+ year daily mocha girl. Done!

If you like to wait over 20 minutes for an overpriced, mediocre caffeinated drink that they can't even make accurate... this is your place!

If you like the taste of burned coffee and overpriced items you'll love this place! Too woke for me as well. Get back to neutral and I may return. Otherwise, you'll never see another dime from me.

I went to Starbucks today before work to get a holiday drink as well as get the free holiday cup. When it was my turn to order, I ordered two grande caramel brûlée lattes. The barista said that they had unfortunately run out of the syrup and would get some later that day. Since I had to get to work, I asked for her recommendation for another drink. She said she loved the chestnut praline lattes and I ordered those instead (plus I’d still get the holiday cup). And let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS! I didn’t get her name but she was working drive thru around 7:45am 11/18. Thank you for the great recommendation! Now I have a new holiday favorite!
