The Original Pancake House - Brookfield

I ordered the breakfast scrambler, and it was definitely enough food for two people! It was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I also tried the potatoes, which were just okay. They were lukewarm and could have benefited from a bit more cooking time; I think they would have been fantastic if they had come out crispy. Just a thought! Leah was our server, and she truly made the whole experience special! She was friendly, welcoming, and genuine, and I loved her energy. If you visit, definitely ask for Leah and make sure to tip her well! Thank you so much, Pancakes House—I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast was delicious and well met my expectations. Was told about this place awhile ago and finally came. Had a little wait but nothing bad. The waitress we had was very nice and helpful. The food was great, took me awhile to decide on my option.Hot and fresh. The coffee was good too. Definitely coming again soon

A cozy location with a campy atmosphere. I had the cherry Kijafa crepes and they were ambrosial! Quick seating, prompt service. Our order was delivered to the table within minutes of being placed. A wonderful place to grab breakfast!

This is my favorite breakfast place. There are often waits, but the food is definitely worth it. I stopped by with a friend who was visiting for the first time, and we were seated right away. However, by the time we left, there was a long wait for incoming customers. The food, as always, was excellent. I really love this place!

We didn't have to wait long for our table. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress was particularly nice. We ordered a baked bacon and cheese omelette, a chorizo burrito, and eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce, which surprisingly had a flavor reminiscent of cream of chicken soup, but it was still enjoyable—just not exceptional. The pancakes were good, and the coffee was nice as well.
