I love eating at Annette’s and have been plenty of times. However, when placing pick up orders they say we have a mandatory 20% service charge. Lol for what for handing me my order? If it was delivered then fine. If I was served I’m happy to pay more. I don’t mind tipping and I tip generously but to have someone say that for a pick up order is just ridiculous.

I am writing this as a TEN-STAR review with a special thank you to Paul and the entire team for making the birthday dinner I planned an amazing and seamless experience! We have dined here several times, and each time both the service and food are EXCELLENT, so I was thrilled that they were able to accommodate our large group on a bit of short notice due to a last minute double booking situation for private space at a nearby hotel. Arnette’s truly saved the day! All guests were super happy and my birthday guy was glowing ear to ear. . Again, THANK YOU for being such an awesome “word of mouth” restaurant in DeKalb County! An accolade well deserved!!

We were there for Valentine’s Day our reservation was from 8:15pm. The food is good is not something to die for, but it was good. The people were really kind and helpful but everything finish there. I think our server forgot about us.. we were waiting forever for every single meal it doesn’t matter what was it.. we got our appetizers before our bread with butter. When I ask for the bread he was like “Ohh you never got it?” Like he is not our server.. he supposed to know.. 30 min After us, two more couples came.They got their meals before us.. When we order our steaks I order mine Medium, my boyfriend order his Medium-Well after 45 min waiting for our steaks My boyfriend got his Rare and we switched them because he can’t eat rare meat and on the top of everything they were ice cold.. Our server took them again to preheat them and it took us 10 more min of waiting.. After two and half hours of our reservation time we just got our main meal and we order our desserts for take out because we knew that will take forever.. I order for myself cheesecake with berries and when I opened the box at home I was really disappointed my cheesecake was exactly like someone just trow it in this box .. everything was messy.. Overall not worth it the money even if the food is good not worth it to wait 3 and maybe more hours for one dinner..

Super nice restaurant with easy access to valet parking. Host staff were very friendly and we were immediately seated upstairs with our reservation. Drinks were perfect Blueberry delight, dirty blue cheese Martini! Oyster on the half shell service was outstanding and I loved all of the delicious condiments. They also serve hot oysters with bacon... YUMMY. Lobster Mac was incredibly tasty. We enjoyed the snapper and creamed corn too. All topped off with this amazing oreo roll cake and champagne! Our server was the best, be sure to ask for Adam! I already booked our next reservation! #PinchOfButter

Came for my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place! From the hostess to the waiter, they ensured to acknowledge my wife and her birthday. The way they personalized the experience was a nice touch. We had David as our server and he was top shelf! Super knowledgeable about the menu. You can see that he pours himself into his job. The timing of the appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert was perfect. It’s like they knew when you wanted your next course without even having to tell them. The service staff is overly attentive. There’s a couple of guys constantly walking by to take your dishes and replace your silverware. The upper level where we sat is tight seating and staff running by your table all the time. Even still, they don’t bombard you with status checks. They let you have your space and are careful to read the table before checking in on you. Because we’re foodies, we wanted to try a bit of everything. First you must get the bread service. The bread was delightful. Nice crust on the outside. Warm and soft on the inside. 3 spreads come with it. Sweet, savory, and a ricotta spread Appetizer Wagyu ribs with worcestershire and chimichurri Wedge salad Organic iceberg, marinated vidalias tomatoes buttermilk ranch, bacon, french blue, egg 8oz A5 Kobe steak. Cooked to perfection Lobster spaghetti with tomato pomodori, basil For dessert you have to try the Baked Alaska which is chocolate hazelnut cake, espresso ice cream, meringue The birthday girl got her own dessert. A chocolate swirl cake. Overall, this visit was incredible. We can’t wait to go back!
