Chick-fil-a - Brookhaven

It seems that being at the top has led them to become complacent. The prices are quite steep, which is a personal choice if you're willing to pay for it. However, with that choice, I expect consistency. One day, they served me a half-filled mac and cheese, and the five fries I received in a large container were absurd. And no, they weren’t hiding in the bag. I guess that means I'm paying about 60 cents per fry.

I wasn't a fan of Chick-fil-A until they opened a location in my neighborhood. The food is excellent, but the service truly stands out. The staff is always courteous and helpful, especially when it comes to keeping me updated. Picking up my mobile order was seamless; it was ready as soon as I arrived. I also enjoy using DoorDash for pickups from there because the service is consistently smooth and polite.

This is one of the most elegant Chick-fil-A locations I've ever visited, and I absolutely adore the decor. Even the restrooms are beautifully tiled. The food is just as amazing as I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A—always tasty. The service is fantastic, including the newer cashiers. Keep up the great work!

There could be 100 cars in the drive through and you'll still be out in 5 minutes. The staff is so friendly and polite. The order is always correct. The service is fast. We love our local Chick-fil-a!

Most efficient , drive through service of all times . Hands down. Their line us constantly in movement. I've never experienced such a well managed store before . Honestly, if I could give them 6 stars they earned it , Congratulations
