Starbucks - Brookhaven

I've never encountered any issues with my order. The service from the staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice and clean.

This restaurant offers a great selection of beverages, including coffees, lattes, refreshers, and more. I particularly enjoy their seasonal flavors for both coffees and lattes. They also have delightful small items like breads, cake pops, and breakfast sandwiches. The interior is spacious, providing plenty of seating for people to chat or work on their computers. Plus, the staff are efficient and quick in getting orders ready.

I need to stop coming to this place. What's the point of ordering in advance through the app if my order is never ready? My drink was supposed to be ready at 3:07 PM, but it's now 3:20 PM and I'm still waiting. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, and it seems like they had to make the foam, but completely forgot to finish my drink.

I got there a half hour after I ordered through the mobile app and I was missing my drink, I nicely asked if someone was making it 3x, someone even asked me what it was so I thought they were making it. No they proceeded to make everyone else?s drink except mine, so 20 minutes go by, I ask again, and right away it?s ?do you want to talk to one of the managers?? No not really just want the drink I paid for. So finally it got made, it wasn?t made right and tasted awful, and I brought home a crème Frappuccino for my kid (without coffee) and it has coffee in it?.so there?s about $16 down the drain. Do you know why people tip bar tenders and not baristas? Bartenders make your drink correctly??I will further avoid this location along with the terrible service.

The staff here are super friendly, my drinks are always on point and if not they will re-do at no cost to make sure I leave as a happy customer-I appreciate that! This is one of my favorite locations.
