Starbucks - Brookhaven

I was in line today and observed outstanding customer service from Valdez towards a customer who clearly did not deserve such kindness. Despite this, Valdez remained incredibly patient and gracious. Hats off to you for being such a remarkable and kind individual! The world could certainly use more people like you, and Starbucks is fortunate to have you on their team! Service: 5

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are extremely friendly and deliver an excellent customer service experience. I often order a customized drink (which can sometimes be challenging), but if it's ever not quite right, they are more than happy to fix it or help me figure out what went wrong. My kids adore Ryan and Josh at the drive-thru; they always greet them with a smile or a little treat. Service: Takeout.

Won 't go there again! Decide to take your money elsewhere and try new experiences that might give you better results. Cashier did NOT ask me and threw my Gold Card Rewards card away. He had a poor attitude and kept getting the order wrong, so in the confusion and his attitude I drove off without my card. Then I called the manager called Zen, who did ask him he did remember that he threw it in the trash as a mistake. They offered no empathy, plus the beverage was cold instead of hot, for which he was blaming me, cause he was new to the Starbucks, which is why he threw the fit and shoveled me away as fast as he could. The good outcome is that I have become leas dependent on the brand that I even use to visit (outside the country). Now I have tried Blue Stone Cafe in DC, for variety. They have a strawberry peanut butter honey toast that is yummy, so NO need for bad attitude Starbucks. Let them go on strike; we have opportunities to find better foodie places.
