Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Brookings

This is the first time that we have been in us since the reconstruction. We've ordered a few cakes, but just pulled through the ride. It looks nice inside and everything is clean. Our order was quickly completed and brought to us. We didn't have to wear masks inside and the people working there had no masks. Didn't bother us at all. The staff was friendly and they cleaned and wiped things often. Our blizzards were tipped up before they were handed out. It can sometimes be busy at the intersection where it sits and is tight for larger vehicles. We went later at night and it had a steady flow of customers, but the traffic surrounding was nice and light. Always a nice treat at a beautiful night!

I haven't been in this yet because the ride through is so comfortable. Everything went smoothly and the staff is very friendly. He tipped every one of our blizzards and they all died! Thank you for your great service. We're coming back!

The first time we were in this DQ. Traveling from a sports event. It seemed that they worked short, but the team worked hard inside to get orders for the long ride thru and the few customers who came to fulfill. What impressed us most was the young man (Joseph) in the register. When we came in, he asked to apologize to clean some tables. After his return, he was very polite and fulfilled our order. After placing our order, he asked several times if there was something he could get for us. After he helped others, he would see if they needed help. This young man has a great attitude and has a bright future. You can say when someone has a factor. The parents of this young man should be proud and this business is happy to have him in the fold. I have no doubt that others have similar characteristics in this business, but he was the only one from the front and treated his tasks with professionalism over his years. Keep the great work and we will be sure to swing back when we travel I-29 in the future.

Best Hot Cakes in town! Love the chicken nuggets and the ice cream too! Will defiantly go here again and again!
