Einstein Bros. Bagels - Brookings

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant with very welcoming staff. Despite the busy morning rush filled with students, they maintained composure. The restaurant has a beautiful interior with wide windows, comfortable seating, and a fireplace, although it tends to get crowded in the mornings (for good reason!). I highly recommend trying the breakfast sandwich. I also purchased a few coffees and pastries which were delicious. Additionally, this restaurant partners with Grubhub, making it convenient to order ahead and have your meal ready for pick up.

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful and the coffee is top-notch. I absolutely adore this place and could easily see myself visiting every day.
