Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brookline

On a positive note, the staff's friendliness has improved. However, when my QR code for a free drink didn’t work, the cashier didn’t attempt to resolve the issue. She simply shrugged and moved on to the next customer without calling for a manager or checking with someone else. I understand that mistakes happen, but her attitude was frustrating. Because of this experience, I will definitely think twice before returning to this restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I always order the Burrito Bullet, which has just the right amount of spiciness. It comes with brown rice, corn, sour cream, cheese, and salad—perfect every time. The staff is very friendly, making it a great place for families. I often see well-behaved students from BU during lunchtime. While parking can be a bit challenging, the Chipotle on Commonwealth Ave in Boston has plenty of tables available. Plus, it is wheelchair accessible with a ramp outside.

The restaurant is quite noisy. There are no longer mobile posts in the Regal. There are more picketers outside than there were at the nearby establishment that closed down, and the situation has gotten worse.

This chipotle always gives smaller parts than near chipotles, closes over half an hour before their booked closing time and takes excessive time to fill order. the manager is consistently rude. I would suggest eating in another chipotle or one of the many Mexican restaurants on the same street.

The sign outside says Open until 10pm Daily, Google says it 's open until 8pm, but when I came in to get a burrito at 7:35pm, I was told We 're closed! by a manager who didn 't break eye contact with his phone. There 's a couple other places nearby you can get a burrito at, so just go to those instead.
